It has been awhile since I've blogged, so this will be a random-type post to start getting caught up.
One Sunday night I got out our card table and a blanket. The kids LOVED playing in their fort.
Even Daddy joined in the fun.
Tyler likes to stand behind the TV tray (it usually holds the newspaper) and have the girls come up to him. I think he thinks that he is standing behind a counter at a restaurant or store. Sometimes he'll even say, "Good morning, Brothers and Sisters" like he's conducting at church.
One day the girls were hungry for popcorn before breakfast. Here there are sitting down to eat their popcorn and chug their milk.
We've been storing the kids' bouncy balls in the garage. Emily discovered them and they've had a blast playing with them.
I turned the big 4-0! (I preferred making my cake instead of buying one because birthday cakes with "7-minute" frosting were tradition going up. It turns out the kids and Darrell love the frosting as much as I do.)
The girls found the bag with training pants in it and wanted to wear them. I put them on over their jammies.
Tyler joined them for a picture.
The girls both tried their hands at putting headbands in their hair.
