I had to take this picture of Tyler while we were getting ready for home church. He looked headless.
We used the Get Out Pass to go to Urban Air. The kids had so much fun.
We also used the Get Out Pass to go bowling at Fat Cats for Family Home Evening.

The kids were in Montana when the pictures above were taken, so they had to go check it out when they got back in town.
We went to the Scera Shell and saw The Music Man.
August means back-to-school with all of the uncertainty that COVID would bring. I originally put these dividers up in my classroom because I thought they were required, but it turns out they weren't and I took them down before school started.

Footings! (August 27)
Our apartment has a monthly activity. This month's was a slice of pizza and a soda.
The primary had an "ice-cream truck" come and give the kids a treat. (They came when they were at the pool.)
We took a drive up Millcreek. We didn't find a picnic table, but we pulled off on the side of the road to cook our burgers on a little grill.
The last Sunday in August we had a lesson during "Home Church" where we talked about Helaman 5:12
And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall.
We each wrote down what we wanted for the foundation of our new house. (I don't have Darrell's here).
We took them to the house and dug a little hole in the family room area to bury our papers in the "foundation."
