We watched General Conference and Kitty found out she loved sitting in the window well.
We received a lot of snow and had a 2-hour school delay on April 4! We've been so grateful for the plentiful snow and rain we've had these past few months.
Emily took a sewing class. She loved the flamingo material. We were disappointed that the pattern didn't turn out quite like we hoped. It ended up being too short and the sleeves were too tight. It's still cute, but just disappointing.
Emily did Utah Youth Tennis this spring. It was her first time trying the sport. She learned a lot and had fun.
My mom had purchased a whole bunch of Peeps of different flavors. We tried them all out. I think I like the good ol' originals best.
We tried a new egg-decorating technique. We used whipped topping and food die. The eggs turned out pretty cool!

We made Resurrection Rolls for breakfast. They didn't seal and the marshmallow kind of ran out, but they were yummy!

Easter just happened to be Zelda's birthday (April 9), so we put up the birthday banner just like for every other birthday. Zelda got presents and we had a cake in her honor.
I found this picture from Easter of my childhood. I had a similar purple eyelet dress as Emily's and we had baby kittens. I thought the similarities 40 + years later was fun.

Since we'd just had Kitty's birthday cake 2 days earlier, I just went with an ice-cream cake for my birthay.
My students asked me to leave the classroom door unlocked on my birthday. They decorated my desk with hearts and notes.
