Tyler started eating the snow right away. It's probably nasty and dirty, but can't a kid be a kid?
Emily couldn't keep a mound of snow in her hands long enough to eat it so she decided to bend down and eat it up like a puppy.

Your yard looks great! We really needed to get mulch for our garden--but didn't happen. :)
Wasn't the snow nice? I love the first snow. It is when it stays forever that I get tired of it. :)
