San Diego Zoo

While in San Diego, we spent a day at the San Diego Zoo. (Megan, Tyler, Emily)



They had a petting zoo area with goats.



And lots of photo ops with animal statues.

We went on a bus tour and sat up on top.

We were able to see a lot of animals from the bus.

After we got off the tour we walked around to get up close with the animals.

We arrived at the cheetah's spot just as the cheetah and its dog companion were being taken to some kind of VIP event.





We watched these orangutans for a LONG time.  They were so funny to watch.

Afterwards we drove to the San Deigo Temple.  It was so beautiful!  (Tyler, Emily, Megan)
