Tyler had a date to Sweethearts. They had a good group to go with. Imagine my surprise when one of the girls showed up with a boy named Evan (the one in the white shirt) who was one of my first 5th graders at Armstrong!
Emily and Megan cleaned out their stuffed animals. I was able to take them to my classroom and hold a drawing for all of them. It made some 5th graders very happy!
We went to a "Cinderella Project" formalwear sale. Megan found some dresses that she really liked. We got all three of them for $20.
Emily planned the games-football Tapple, ping pong bounce
On Valentine's Days we had donuts from Beardall's bakery for breakfast and went to our traditional dinner at In 'n' Out.
The Young Men's activity was to get a card and treat for their moms. Here's Tyler's to me.
My parents came down to watch Tyler play basketball. They stayed the night with us and Megan made a welcome sign while Emily made their room very inviting.
We're so grateful for grandparent support!
We had our fence and window shot by a beebee gun. We think it was one of Tyler's friends who did it, but when we approach the dad who approached his son, the son said it wasn't him.
