Shout out!

I'm a little behind on blogging, so here is a shout out (or two or three) to:

Derek and Tansy for graduating from BYU. Tansy graduated with a Bachelors in Microbiology and Derek graduated with his Bachelors AND Masters in Accounting!

The Big "1"

Tyler was quite oblivious that this was his special day, but here are some pictures of his big day. We celebrated with just the 3 of us since we've been partying with my family this whole week in Las Vegas and Darrell's parents will be here in a few days to celebrate again.

Happy Birthday Wee One!

It was one year ago today that we met this sweet little guy.



We have loved EVERY second we've had with Tyler and we feel so blessed to be his parents.



We love you Tyler!

Disappointed

When we went to the ultrasound appointment last Saturday, the doctor wasn't able to find a heart beat. We're sad and disappointed that this pregnancy ended in a miscarriage, but we have hope for a future "wee one." We're grateful for the Prince of Peace who gives us peace during our trials.

Silly Kid

After emptying the Tupperware from the cupboard, Tyler got the wash cloth off his high chair, put it in his mouth and started carrying it around as if he were a puppy.









I FINALLY got the video uploaded from when we were visiting my parents. Here's Tyler the show off--dancing, laying down and romping around like a bear.

Stair Master

Tyler has been going up and down the 2 stairs from our family room to the dining room for quite a while now, so last month I decided to teach him how to go down our full flight of stairs so I wouldn't have to worry about him.

Pregnancy Update

The results from the pregnancy test on Tuesday showed that my hCG levels went from 123 to 372! I will go in next Saturday for an ultrasound so the doctor can check for a heart beat and to see the placement of the embryo.
