We finished another 30 days of reading the Book of Mormon and decided to go to Waffle Love for a treat.

For St. Patrick's Day we had green scrambled eggs, green pancakes, green milk and left over Little Debbie Christmas tree brownies for dessert.

Our school choir, the Rocketeers, sang at the groundbreaking for the Westlake Jr. High, the junior high many of the students will go to.  We didn't have our shirts yet, so they dressed in red, white and blue. They sang "Be True to Your School" and did a great job!

 

Tyler played in a basketball game.

Darrell and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary by going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

We went to Nephi for our monthly dinner.

We celebrated Darrell's birthday at Cafe Rio.

He opened his presents and we had cake at home.

 

Emily and Megan's 6th grade class partcipated in "Band Tours." They had to do a lot of projects like researching where their ancestors are from, making a map, making posters, etc. 

My parents just happened to be in town and were able to see the girls perform.

The class cheer, "Ain't no class like Marsing's class.  Hurrah!  Hurrah!"

They lip synced the song "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls. Emily was on the drums and Megan "sang."

Emily was Star Student for her class for March.  She worked really hard to be chosen.

We painted rocks for a service project. The kids delivered a few around the neighborhood to brighten things up and we took some on our Spring Break trip.
